Preliminary List of Field Trips for 2009

Updated 01/20/09

The WSMC sponsors field trips through the Wagonmasters. These field trips offer the rockhound the opportunity to collect a wide variety of materials from agates and jaspers to crystals and fossils. Experienced field trip leaders familiar with the selected collecting areas are on hand to help the novice collector find good quality material. Check with the local clubs in your area for further infomation.

Check out the Tools page for a description of the tools needed for many of the field trips
